These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern theuse of the JetShift platform, including its website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by Finn Kosina, registered at Connollystr. 3, 80809 München,Germany ("JetShift", "we", "us", or"our").

2. Scope of Services
2.1 JetShift provides science-backed tools, methodologies, and recommendations that might help mitigate the effects of jet lag by optimizing sleep schedules, light exposure, melatonin intake, and caffeine consumption.
2.2 JetShift does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Platform is for informational purposes only and shouldnot be considered a substitute for professional medical consultation. Users experiencing persistent sleep disorders, extreme fatigue, or any health issuesshould seek advice from a qualified healthcare provider.
2.4 JetShift may modify, enhance, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
3. User Eligibility & Registration
3.1 To use JetShift, you must be at least 18 years old. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3.2 Some features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
3.3 JetShift reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.
4. Permitted & Prohibited Uses
4.1 Permitted Uses: Access the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Use JetShift’s recommendations within the intended scope of jet lag mitigation.
4.2 Prohibited Uses: Misrepresenting personal data during registration. Copying, modifying, distributing JetShift’s content without permission. Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access Platform data. Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform’s functionality.Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or legal action including compensation for damages caused.
5. Payment & Subscription
5.1 If JetShift offers premium features, pricing will be displayed before purchase.
5.2 Payments are securely processed through third-partypayment providers.
5.3 Subscriptions & Renewals: Paid services maybe subscription-based. Users may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle up to one week before the start of the next billing cycle.
5.4 Refunds are issued only where legally required. JetShift reserves the right to refuse refunds for partially used services.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on the Platform, including text, graphics,images, software, and branding, is the exclusive property of JetShift.
6.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use JetShift’s Platform for personal purposes. Unauthorized reproduction,modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6.3 User Feedback: Any suggestions, ideas, reviews and user content submitted to JetShift become its sole property, without compensation.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
7.1 JetShift processes personal data in compliance with the GeneralData Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data ProtectionAct (BDSG).
7.2 Our Privacy Policy explains how JetShiftcollects, uses, and protects personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to these practices.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 JetShift is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.
9.2 JetShift’s total liability under these Terms shall notexceed the amount paid by the user for JetShift services in the past six months.

10.2 If JetShift integrates third-party services (e.g.,payment processors), usage is subject to those providers’ terms.
11. Modifications & Termination
11.1 JetShift reserves the right to modify, suspend, ordiscontinue Platform services at any time.11.2 These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
11.3 Users may terminate accounts at any time, but obligations (such as payments owed) remain effective.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
12.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Munich, Germany.
12.3 Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations for 30 days.
13. Final Provisions
13.1 If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
13.2 These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and JetShift.
